Keyhike Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive for our in office team in Faridabad.

We are an IT & digital solutions company working across services like software development, web/mobile solutions, digital marketing, cloud & SaaS.

? Position: Business Development Executive
? Location: Faridabad, Haryana

? Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Pitch and present IT services and digital solutions to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, follow-ups and product/service discussions.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations based on client requirements.
Negotiate with clients and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.




Coordinate with technical and internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
Research market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

✅ Requirements
1+ year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling and client handling.
Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Experience selling IT services, software or digital solutions will be an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred.
