Our client is a fast growing, profitable start up in B2B space with market leading presence. As part of their next phase of growth, they are looking for a dynamic HR professional to drive their talent function including talent acquisition, talent management and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be working closely with the founders and responsible to drive:

Talent Acquisition across tech and non-tech functions
Build a proactive talent pipeline by engaging with top talent in the industry
Work closely with business heads to forecast hiring needs and create short and mid term hiring plans.
Engage with people and help build a positive organization culture and ensure that the organization continues to be an employer of choice.





Skills and Qualifications

Tier-1 MBA with 2 to 6 years experience in HR with hands on experience in talent acquisition.
Prior experience of working with a start up in a rapid paced environment will be preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage with in-demand talent from premier institutes.
