About the Role
SkyyRider Electric Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, manage key clients, and drive revenue in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, dealers, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Lead and manage the business development/sales team and monitor individual performance.
Develop dealer/distributor networks and expand market presence.
Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities and industry trends.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.




Manage the complete sales/business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and service.
Track sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and business development KPIs.
Prepare and present regular MIS and performance reports to senior management.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
Experience in the automobile/EV industry will be highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
