Role Description The Demand / Sales Associate role at Classy Stay is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individual guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to sales inquiries, conducting follow-ups, preparing proposals or rate quotations,



and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM tools or spreadsheets. The Demand / Sales Associate collaborates with operations and marketing teams to ensure room inventory, pricing, and promotions are aligned with demand. The role also involves visiting partners or clients locally, gathering market intelligence, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and guest acquisition.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken and written English and the ability to engage with diverse guests and partners.
Sales and customer service abilities, such as lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and handling objections with professionalism.
Basic analytical and organizational skills, including comfort with MS Excel or CRM tools, maintaining records, and tracking sales performance.
