Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Himatnagar, responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor. This position leads and coordinates a production team, assigns tasks, monitors workflow, and ensures that production schedules are met safely and efficiently. The role includes managing production planning, tracking output, troubleshooting issues with equipment or processes,



and maintaining quality standards in line with company policies. The Production Supervisor collaborates with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams, prepares basic reports on performance and productivity, and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role requires being present on-site to support shift operations, provide guidance to team members, and make real-time decisions to keep production running smoothly.
