About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with robust agency experience to manage multiple client accounts, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal creative/performance teams, understanding client requirements, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
This is a client-facing, revenue-focused role for someone who can balance relationship management, campaign execution, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Manage a portfolio of multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital/social media strategies.
Conduct regular client calls, reviews,



presentations, and performance discussions.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, content, reports, and other account deliverables.
Handle client feedback, escalations, and expectations professionally.
Social Media & Campaign Management
Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Work closely with creative, content, strategy, performance marketing, and design teams.
Develop campaign briefs and ensure deliverables are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams to improve results.
Understand key digital marketing metrics and communicate campaign performance clearly to clients.
Revenue Growth & Upselling
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional agency services.
Expand existing accounts by identifying new business requirements and marketing op
