Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Partner Intern – US Market to help Spotnxt expand its presence in the US market by identifying potential customers, building partnerships, generating leads, and supporting sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
US Market Research
Research US startups, SMBs, D2C brands, marketing agencies, and potential Spotnxt customers.
Identify target industries, ICPs, and high-potential customer segments.
Track competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Lead Generation
Build and maintain a database of qualified US prospects.
Identify decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, marketing heads, and agency owners.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, communities, directories, and other channels.
Outbound Growth
Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns.
Initiate conversations with potential customers and partners.
Follow up with prospects and move qualified leads toward demos.
Partnership Development
Identify US-based marketing agencies, consultants, freelancers, influencers, and SaaS partners.
Reach out to potential channel partners and affiliate partners.
Help build and manage Spotnxt's US partner network.
Sales Support
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Schedule product demos with qualified prospects.
Understand prospect pain points and communicate Spotnxt's value proposition.
Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records.
Content & Growth
Support LinkedIn and other social media growth initiatives targeting the US market.
Identify relevant communities, events, podcasts, newsletters, and founder networks.
Assist in creating US-focused growth campaigns and marketing experiments.
Experimentation & Reporting
Test different outreach messages, channels, and acquisition strategies.
Track metrics such as leads generated, response rate, meetings booked, demos, and conversions.
Prepare weekly growth reports and recommend improvements.
