Role Description The Sales Manager for the Bajaj Life PSF channel will lead and manage sales activities focused on driving life insurance business through partner service frameworks and field sales operations. This full-time, in office role based in Noida involves developing and executing sales strategies, achieving monthly and annual targets, and expanding the customer base within assigned territories. The Sales Manager will recruit, train, and mentor sales teams and channel partners, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company processes and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with distribution partners, conducting sales reviews, tracking key metrics, and providing regular market feedback to influence product and campaign decisions.
