Skill Set - Windows + VM ware Must Have - VMware + Windows Server Administrator with Scripting • Hands on administration of all IT infrastructure related services with a focus on – though not exclusively – compute, networking, identity, and VMware services; to include tiers 2 and 3 end user support as needed.

• SME in VMware, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Windows Server enterprise.

• VMware, Exsi experiences.

• Knowledge to windows and VMware upgradation • VMware administrators like, version up-grade, template creation, resource upgradation, VMSA patch updating, esxi host patching • Physical servers’ management including bios and firmware update/Raid configuration • Certificate server management for creating the root and web certificate (csr, pfx) should be known to renewal process • Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and Windows Authentication • Hands on administration of Windows virtual workplace to include management of GPOs, troubleshooting and resolving OS level issues; to include tiers 2 and 3 end user support as needed • Hands on administration of all backup and patching activities for the IT Infrastructure.

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot Windows server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resources • Routine auditing, and proactive assessment of, the IT infrastructure environment in order to continuously,



and systematically, identify opportunities for improvement, service enhancement, and cost optimization for the business • Continual assessment and management of risk within the IT infrastructure environment and remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks • Supporting secure identity management and authentication capabilities via centralized authentication mechanisms; SAML, Kerberos, LDAP, and/or federation • Additional duties as assigned, ability to work with minimal supervision, and availability to work night and weekend hours as 22 required • Azure basic knowledge to create a VM and solve the login related issues to VDI • Azure AD and IAM knowledge • Patch management to install the patches on all azure VM/server • Ticketing tool knowledge to create/update the tickets and change request • Should be good with fixing the vulnerability • Desktop central or endpoint central management • AWS basic know to create/VM and User to provide the access • O365 defender knowledge to check and fix the vulnerability • Veeam backup tool • Should be good with reporting and SOP creation • Connecting with deferent vendor and getting the support resolve issues • Dell EMC storage knowledge to create of LUN/extend storage for vmware • Trouble shooting related to OneDrive issues
