Visual analyst work on different requests every day, interacting with team leaders,
peer specialists, and workflow coordinators to deliver high-quality presentations. We ensure that our company's parameters of excellence are met within the boundaries of business presentation standards.
In this role, you will provide tailored visual solutions for a wide variety of needs from single slide production in PowerPoint for a kick-off meeting to customized presentations. You will translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories that create impact.
- You will help our leads tell their stories with the most visually appealing,
innovative and engaging presentation content.
- Develop and design presentations—primarily in PowerPoint—that advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides.
- Whether preparing for a critical Board or Directors presentation or assisting a department in developing slides for internal use, must be able to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts,
and visual graphics.
- Will distill explicit messaging while incorporating smart visual solutions that make a difference at high-stakes meetings that affect major business decisions.
- Responsible to develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent “look and feel” for the department.
- Provide training for the tools so the clients can learn how to communicate ideas and concepts in a way that is more accurate, accessible, and appealing.

Education / professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Prior Experience
The candidate must have 1 to 2 years of working experience in either corporate roles, real estate,
investment banks, or similar visual analytical applicable industry
Technical skills
- Innate creativity and artistic background.
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint 2010 (we use PowerPoint to communicate our stories).
- Experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software (mainly Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver).
- Understanding of corporate branding.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- A strong desire to learn new skills, software and capabilities.
