Requirements
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 19 to 30 years.
- Education: Any Graduate Degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
- CIBIL Score: Candidate's CIBIL Score must be above 700 for eligibility.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, or virtual relationship management in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be given preference.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in the local language(s).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a natural flair for building rapport.
- Ability to understand and articulate financial products clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital communication tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
