We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer to bring our brands Little Italy and

ACASA to life through powerful visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be skilled in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media, campaigns,

and brand marketing. You should be comfortable capturing everything from food shots,

events, and pop-ups to behind-the-scenes and storytelling reels, with a creative flair for digital-first content.

Key Responsibilities

 Content Production o Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.

o Capture food, interiors, events, pop-ups, and lifestyle content that highlights brand identity.

o Ensure deliverables are tailored to platform needs (Instagram Reels, YouTube

Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Creative Input o Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate creative storytelling concepts.

o Suggest innovative formats, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and engaging.

 Editing & Post-Production o Edit raw footage into polished final videos with strong narrative flow.

o Add sound design, color grading, text overlays, and effects as required.

o Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all content.





 Event & Activation Coverage o Capture on-ground events, pop-ups, collaborations, and influencer activations.

o Produce highlight reels and behind-the-scenes content in real time when needed.

 Collaboration & Execution o Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Brand Marketing

Executive to align content with strategy.

o Manage equipment, lighting, and shoot logistics independently or with vendors.

 Asset Management o Maintain an organized video library of raw footage and final edits.

o Ensure all content is backed up and easily accessible.

Requirements

 4–6 years of proven experience in videography and editing (preferably for F&B;,

lifestyle, or digital-first brands).

 Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).

 Solid understanding of social-first formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok-

style).

 Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and handle lighting setups.

 Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and editing.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots.
