What You’ll Do:

- Concept to Camera: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and direct engaging video content specifically tailored for Instagram (Reels, Stories, and short-form features).

- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of internet culture, viral audio tracks, trending formats, and Instagram algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and relevant.

- On-the-Move Shooting: Capture the energy, day-to-day operations, culture, and specific project milestones at our Sivakasi workspace.

- Edit & Polish: Turn raw footage into high-quality, aesthetic, and impactful videos with clean cuts, color grading, and crisp sound design.

- Maintain the Vibe: Strike the perfect balance between corporate professionalism and casual, fun internet culture.

What We’re Looking For:

- A True Creator: A deep passion for mobile or camera filmmaking and video editing.



You know what makes people stop scrolling.

- Platform Native: Highly fluent in Instagram’s features, formats, and best practices.

- Language & Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Sivakasi, and fully fluent in Tamil (excellent communication skills to direct people on camera is a huge plus).

- Gear & Tools: Familiarity with smartphone filming rigs, DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras, and editing software (Edits, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro).

- Mindset: Cool, adaptable, fun to work with, but fiercely professional when it comes to deadlines and execution.
