Job Title / Designation: Video Editor & Graphic DesignerWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The role involves a balanced mix of graphic designing (40%) and video editing (60%), with a strong focus on social media and paid advertising creative.

Key Responsibilities:





- Design visually compelling static and motion creative for digital platforms
- Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns
- Create high-performance creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Adapt content formats for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to meet campaign objectives
- Think creatively and work efficiently under tight timelines, with the ability to make quick design decisions
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity, creativity, and turnaround time
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Software & Tools Required:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with AI-based design and video tools is a strong plus

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and composition
- Excellent video editing sense, including pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Ability to think on your feet and solve creative challenges quickly
- Clear understanding of what works on social media and performance ads
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate fast

Minimum Requirement:Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, Any bachelor’s DegreeLocation : Baner, Balewadi High Streer, 411045, Pune

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with performance marketing creative
- Understanding of ad creative for Meta, Google, and YouTube
- Exposure to AI-assisted creative workflows
- Portfolio showcasing both design and video work
