Key Responsibilities
- Assist architects and engineers in developing plans as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA, MSRDC, etc.
- Create and modify technical drawings as per regulatory norms.
- Assist in plan development and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
- Support documentation for approvals and submissions.
- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software
