Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer who can translate product ideas into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design seamless user journeys and improve usability across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct usability thinking and apply UX best practices to improve product experience
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective design solutions
- Ensure designs follow responsive and mobile-first principles
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI consistency
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability considerations
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience creating wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Good to Have
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with developer handoff process
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards
- Exposure to user research or usability testing
