Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Translate findings into personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and user experiences.
- Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to all designs.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability testing.
- Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer (2–5 years recommended)



with a strong portfolio of digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Ability to conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights.
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Familiarity with UI design and visual design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Interest in emerging areas like AI-driven UX, conversational interfaces, or agentic AI-driven user flows.
