- Work with different recruiting resources on all Open positions

- Sourcing for US Recruitemnet and handling the team Experience

- Can independently keep track of application in Zoho Recruit

- Ensuring Co-ordination with Hiring Managers in the US Team

- Actively Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position using ATS

- Post Openings of Job Boards, Social Media, Professional groups, and other Appropriate venues

- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting

- Do some research work and share new strategies for recruitment for team members in HR to get trained on

- Helping in creation of policy manual and documentation on Recruitment process

- Efficiently and Effectively fill Open Positions within budget and On-time including Supporting HR Manager to close positions within defined timelines of 30 days for US Position

- Ensuring Complete ownership of US Sourcing along with Current ways of fast-tracking US Hiring and closing positions in 20 days

- Contributing to Overall HR function, including HR calls for US
