We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of handling both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries in the US market. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles in the US.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to define role requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to evaluate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to improve hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).
- Experience using ATS and CRM platforms for candidate management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online recruiting tools.
