:

Responsible to lead and manage the quality assurance processes in a manufacturing setting. The role involves overseeing product quality, implementing QMS standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and QMS implementation across production lines
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
- Plan and conduct internal process audits, and oversee CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
- Perform inspection and monitoring of production output to meet quality specifications
- Use quality tools and inspection techniques to identify and address product/process deviations
- Generate quality reports and documentation, and present analysis to senior management
- Adherence as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

2 .People:

- Lead and manage the Quality Control team effectively
- Train and mentor QC personnel on quality practices, tools, and systems
- Coordinate with production,



engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure quality goals are met

Education:

- BE./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience
