Job Type: Permanent

Shift: Day Shift with one week off

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor base who will work on a commission-based model.
- Provide training on products, business processes, and selling techniques continuously.
- Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Ensure advisors provide the right financial solutions to customers based on need analysis and adhere to required business processes and norms.
- Achieve monthly business targets for generating recent business and advisor recruitment.




- Ensure selling through the team of advisors aligns with all business quality metrics.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers to authenticate concerns raised and validate with authorities.
- Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.
- Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.

Language Proficiency:

- English: Manageable
- Local Language: Excellent

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in any field sales.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.

Age Criteria: Up to 31 years

Other Requirements:

- Bike and License mandatory.
