UI/UX Developer (1-2 Years Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

- Ensure UI designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility issues).

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years in UI/UX development or a similar role.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).





- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js.

- Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS or Bootstrap.

- Basic understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., REST APIs).

- Design Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
