About the Role
We are looking for a Designer with 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
● Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma,
Adobe XD, or Sketch.
● Work with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into design solutions.
● Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across the product.
● Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to improve usability.
● Support usability testing and iterate on feedback to enhance the user experience.
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
● Ensure responsive and accessible design across different devices and screen sizes.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
● Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
● Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
● Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
● Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
● Strong visual design and typography skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and take constructive feedback.
● Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Experience with motion design or animations.
● Exposure to user research and A/B testing.
● Understanding of accessibility in design.
