UI/UX Designer

Inspirit is looking for a UI/UX Designer (full-time) to join our core team.

Location: - Onsite- 3 days/week In-office, Bangalore

About ?

At Inspirit, we’re building the ultimate 3D engagement tool for K12 STEM education. Our product lets users create their own content, and then teach, learn, assess, and explain complex STEM topics in an interactive 3D virtual classroom. Students like to call us the "Roblox or Minecraft for STEM education".

What Will You Do? ?‍?

- You will create original designs and will influence the development of our product, across the mobile and web
- You will create user-centered designs with quick and fast iterations, in a high-energy startup environment
- You will own design projects end-to-end, from ideation and research to pixel-perfect execution for new and existing products and features




- You will finalize and organize developer-ready assets maintaining consistency with the design system; you will create full-scale designs
- You will collaborate with our team of content strategists, UI/UX designers, and growth strategists to create exciting new visual UI mockups, media, and messaging
- Your goal is to develop a common understanding of Inspirit's brand and voice across teams and across all user-facing channels
- You will help establish consistency and bake the core thesis of Inspirit's brand into our product

- Participate in ad-hoc feature explorations, planning, and design review meetings with product managers and engineers

What Skills Do you Need to Succeed? ?

- Design system creation and management experience
- Confident, proactive self-starter who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven
- You understand (and enjoy) Gen-Z culture and communities

- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, inVision, AdobeXD, or other tools used for visual and interaction design (any subset of tools that works for you)
