We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a proven track record in designing user-friendly web applications, mobile applications, and interactive reports. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client functional requirements and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs. Proficiency in Figma for developing interactive prototypes and designs is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand functional requirements for web and mobile applications.
- Design and develop high-quality user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using Figma to visually communicate design concepts.
- Ensure the design is user-centered, focusing on ease of use and enhancing the overall user journey.
- Design user-friendly dashboards and reports that present complex data in an intuitive and visually appealing manner.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually improve design outputs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, particularly in web, mobile, and reporting interfaces.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the designs and resolve any design-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web platforms.
- Experience in designing reports and dashboards, with an emphasis on data visualisation.
- Ability to understand and translate client functional requirements into visually compelling designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for creating polished, user-friendly designs.
