About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Junior Treasury Partner to optimize store financing structures, implement seamless payment solutions, and oversee daily cash flow across our retail channels and subsidiaries. This role sits at the intersection of retail operations and strategic financial management, ensuring liquidity, robust risk management, and strong banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Payment

Solutions & Business Support ● Implement static/mobile POS solutions, virtual accounts, and card collection systems across

Retail, Digital, and B2B channels.

● Manage vendor relationships (banks, gateways, cash pickup agencies), negotiate processing fees, and standardize SOPs.

● Train store teams on treasury best practices and fraud prevention.

- Cash, Liquidity & Banking Operations ● Monitor daily cash flows and manage organization-wide liquidity, including surplus investments and borrowings.

● Manage banking relationships, online platform access rights, and account structures to ensure cost efficiency.

● Oversee fund planning, invoice processing, and timely Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)

resolution.

Working

Capital, FX & Debt Management ● Provide insightful A/R and A/P analysis to optimize working capital.





● Support foreign currency hedging strategies and monitor Mark-to-Market (MTM) exposures.

● Manage loan schedules, interest computations, and debt covenant compliance.

● Prepare month-end Treasury closes, 12-month rolling forecasts, and Treasury Committee meeting decks.

● Analyze the monthly performance of payment modes to guide management decisions.

● Drive ERP and Treasury Management System (TMS) integrations to automate manual processes.

Requirements

Qualifications &

Experience ● Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant certification (CFA /

CTP).

● Experience: 2-3 years in Treasury or Corporate Finance, preferably within the Retail or MNC sector.

Key Skills ● Strong core treasury knowledge (cash flow management, banking operations, FX hedging, and debt/investment instruments).

● Advanced proficiency in Excel (Macros/VBA preferred), financial modeling, and ERP/TMS systems.

● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
