Primary Responsibility

Fleet deployment and Operations management for all assigned Centres.

- Scheduling/ Planning, Dry run/Test Runs for the fleets.
- Manage all Routes, stop and capacity planning.
- Review daily centre operations and records.
- Report maintenance - Biomtric calibration, Accident Incident report files.
- Servicing (AMC's/non AMC's) basis the plan of action.
- Verify all Fueling and maintenance, Billing and records.
- Run the periodical, Annual, Preventive maintenance.

Customer and Vendor Management

- Introduce Continuous Improvement, Innovation and optimization plans.
- Determination of Customer Satisfaction /Dissatisfaction /Engagement.
- Monitoring & Measurement of all vendor provided Services.

Secondary Responsibility

Records and Compliances

- Be an audit point to all RTO papers in buses & Safety inspection.




- Be an audit point to all Accident inspection/surveys/repairs and claim.

- Minimum 5-8 years experience in School Bus operations
