Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

Brief: The trainee should manage the entire process of monitoring Risk Management tool at Bank.

Responsibility

- Monitor transactions.
- Analysis of Risk • Generating reports • Interact with customer and follow up on queries • Revert to customer emails with transaction details • Reporting to Bank officer on Risk transaction • Willing to work in shifts • Ability to resolve customer conflicts Skills:
- Knowledge of Office tools like Excel, Doc, Power Point etc • Knowledge of Databases and technologies • Should be familiar with application security and other information security “best practices”.
- Valuable & effective communication in English language • Can-do attitude, innovative thinking and nimble working style will be advantageous.
