As a key member of our Revenue Operations services, you’ll play a critical role in driving platform performance and client success for industry-leading publishers and platforms across AdTech, CTV, Publishing, and Retail. This role combines technical expertise, customer advocacy, and strategic thinking to optimize campaigns, resolve issues swiftly, and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver timely campaign updates to clients using screenshots and mid-campaign performance reports.

- Serve as a front-line product expert, addressing advertising and technical inquiries with clarity and precision.

- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.

- Manage campaign execution to meet budget targets and optimize performance based on KPIs.

- Identify opportunities for account optimization and upselling, communicating insights effectively to clients.

- Review and approve advertiser creative materials in alignment with platform standards and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (no percentage cutoff).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with web technologies including Flash, HTML, iframe, JavaScript, and audio/video file formats.

- Proven ability to interact confidently and professionally across diverse customer scenarios.

- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation.

- Ability to think critically and respond quickly in high-pressure situations.

- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment with rotational shifts, including night hours.

- Availability to work from the Hyderabad office.
