RESPONSIBILITIES

- Training Needs Analysis.
- Design effective training programs.
- Delivery of training programs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
- Prepare training materials such as presentations, videos, and module summaries.
- Preparing reports of the participants and updating files on a regular basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- The candidate should be able to design training modules and be creative.
- The candidate should be an effective communicator ( both oral and written)
- The candidate should have positive time management and organizational skills.
- The candidate should have problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduation in Psychology or Education with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- Masters in Psychology or Education with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (Preferred).
