Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Trade Monitoring Analyst to join our trading and risk management team. This role is pivotal in monitoring live trades, managing risk exposure, ensuring accurate trade execution, and reconciling trading activity across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- High attention to detail
- A solid understanding of financial markets, specifically NSE options and equity

You will be working closely with the investment, risk, and technology teams to identify and resolve discrepancies, optimize execution, and ensure robust trade monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Monitoring & Execution

- Monitor live trades across multiple accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with strategy guidelines.

- Identify and escalate execution errors, trade mismatches, or system issues in real time.

- Ensure smooth order execution and assist with manual trade placements when required.

Risk Management & Reconciliation

- Monitor trade risk exposure and P&L; fluctuations during the trading session.

- Coordinate with the risk management team to assess and mitigate trading risks.

- Perform daily reconciliation of trades with brokers to maintain accuracy in financial records.

- Maintain comprehensive records of trades, reconciliations, and risk metrics.

Reporting & Collaboration

- Assist in the preparation of daily and periodic trading performance and risk reports.

- Collaborate with traders,



developers, and operations to enhance monitoring tools and reporting systems.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading processes and controls.

Requirements

Requirements

- 0-1 years of experience in trade monitoring, trading support, or back-office operations in financial services.

- Strong knowledge of NSE options and equity markets is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms is a plus.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.

- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for immediate joiners who are currently based in Mumbai.

Outstation candidates and those with long notice periods will not be considered.
