Graduate Engineer preferably from Mechanical stream/ Electronic Stream / Any Engineering Stream.
8 to 12 years of experience in Engineering manufacturing Shop . Shop planning and Procurement . Familiar with Advance machine tools having more than 3 axis CNC controls from FANUC or Siemens , Familiar with machine tools programming language.
Deep knowledge and extensive involvement in leadership position in implementation of contemporary methods/concepts for improving production and uptime of complex machine tools . Knowledge of Modern concepts such as below , very essential
1. Total productive maintenance (TPM)
2. SMED- Single Minute Exchange of Die
3. 6 SIGMA
4. LEAN MANUFACTURING
5. AI tools
6. MAKIGAMI and other Analysis tools
7. FMEA: Failure Mode Effect Analysis
8. Basic Knowledge about CNC machine mainteanance
9. Basic knowledge about Hydraulics, Pneumatics
