JD for Ticketing: We are hiring Ticketing Staff for international and domestic sectors. Knowledge of visas would be an added advantage.

Desired candidate profile should have:

1. Good communication skills to speak with the corporate clients2. Should have good knowledge of Air routing and Group PNRs3. Must have handled MICE Ticketing/ Group Ticketing for large size of groups4. Must have working experience of Amadeus and Galileo5. Must do the tickets for Management/ staff travelling domestic/international

Good communication skills to speak with corporate clients: This implies that the individual should be able to effectively communicate with corporate clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and any specific requirements they might have regarding travel arrangements. Clear and professional communication is essential to ensure client satisfaction and to build and maintain solid relationships.
2. Good knowledge of Air routing and Group PNRs: Air routing refers to the process of planning the most efficient flight paths for travelers, considering factors such as cost, time, and convenience. Group PNRs (Passenger Name Records) are reservations made for multiple individuals traveling together, often in the context of corporate travel or group tours. Understanding how to efficiently route air travel and manage group bookings is crucial for this role.

Must have handled MICE Ticketing/ Group Ticketing for large size of groups: MICE stands for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions/Events. Managing MICE ticketing involves coordinating travel arrangements for large groups attending such events, which may involve complex logistics and coordination. This includes arranging flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other services for attendees.

Experience in handling group ticketing for large numbers of travelers is therefore essential.

4. Must have working experience of Amadeus and Galileo: Amadeus and Galileo are global distribution systems (GDS) used by travel professionals to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Proficiency in using these platforms is critical for efficiently searching for and booking travel arrangements, checking availability, comparing prices, and managing reservations.
5. Must do the tickets for Management/staff traveling domestic/international: This indicates that the individual will be responsible for arranging travel tickets (flights, possibly also other transportation modes) for company management and staff, both for domestic and international travel. This requires attention to detail, knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and the ability to coordinate travel itineraries that align with the company's schedule and budget.
