What You’ll Do (The Mission):

- Deep-Dive Sourcing: Go beyond the surface. Use your "Ninja" skills to uncover passive candidates who aren’t on the typical radar.

- The Hunt: Utilize advanced Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and niche platforms to build a pipeline of high-caliber talent.

- Read Between the Lines: Use your "People Reader" intuition to assess culture fit and potential long before the first interview.

- Strategic Outreach: Craft personalized, high-conversion messages that make top-tier talent stop and listen.

Your Sniper Toolkit:

- LinkedIn Ninja: You know the ins and outs of Recruiter Lite/Corporate and how to bypass the noise.

- Boolean Expert: You write search strings in your sleep.

- Sharp Intuition: You have a "gut feeling" for talent, backed by data and experience.

- Persistence: You understand that the best gems are often the hardest to find.

The Essentials

Experience: 1+ year in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment.

- Education: MBA (HR Preferred). We are looking for specialists who understand the business of talent.

- Compensation: Upto ₹3.5 LPA

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed 5-day workweek).

- Communication: Sharp, persuasive, and skilled English skills.

Who You Are (Requirements)

- Educational Background: MBA (HR Preferred) is mandatory. We are looking for candidates who understand the strategic side of Human Resources and Business.

- Experience: 1+ year of core experience in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment. You should have a proven track record of finding talent beyond job portals.

- Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite or Corporate) and advanced Boolean Search techniques (X-ray search, custom strings).

- The Hunter Instinct: Ability to identify and engage with passive candidates—the ones who aren't looking, but are the perfect fit.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional command over English (Spoken & Written). You need to write outreach messages that top-tier talent cannot ignore.

- Analytical Mindset: A "People Reader" who can look at a profile and judge potential, stability, and culture fit before the first call.

- Location & Commitment: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur. This is a full-time, office-based role in Mansarovar.

- Availability: Ready to work in a fixed Monday to Friday schedule (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST).
