Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

The company's main focus is to provide a complete solution to our customers in Test & Measuring instruments and Electrical Safety

- Role:

Deliver outstanding sales results for Sapphire Technologies within assigned geography. Develop wide and deep end customer relationships in assigned territory. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training).

- Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives for Test & Measurement Division sales goals in assigned geography.

- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts

- Building pipeline

- Updating the daily activities in the CRM

- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets

- Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

- Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations

- Planning and executing customer/user engagement activities viz: Presentation, Demonstrations, Seminars, Webinars etc

Requirements

1. Experience





3 to 5 Years (Freshers with exceptional drive and enthusiasm to quickly learn may also be considered)

- Domain Expertise

- Experience of building business relation from cold calling and prospecting a must

- Must be a self-starter and an individual contributor

- Experience of selling into Industrial organisations is an advantage

- Large account management and/or Services Sales management experience.

- Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building

- Robust oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines

- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRMs

- Excellent approach to regular reporting and communication to reporting manager

- Frontline Sales Experience in TMI or related Industry preferred

- Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.

- Qualification

BE / BTech or Diploma in : Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical.
