UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

As a Test Consultant, you will...

guarantee the quality of the UMAX product across all departments. You will be responsible for the qualitative testing services of our UMAX products and solutions before they ‘go live’. You will ensure the successful completion of a project by executing the integration and system tests and guaranteeing that these tests were conducted according to internal standards and methodologies.

What you will work on

- Analyze functional and business requirements.
- Develop test cases and convert them into test scenarios and execute these scenarios.
- Report status of test progress and log defects accurately.
- Communicate with the (test) team and Test Lead
- Maintain a professional relationship with functional and technical teams
- Contribute to and share business and test knowledge within the team

What you bring

- A bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in an IT related domain
- At least 3 years’ experience with system and integration testing, either in an external consultative (project) setting,



or in an internal R&D; development testing setting.
- A strong interest in understanding customers’ business processes (functional knowledge).
- A solid understanding of the ‘Defect/Bug Life Cycle’ process.
- Good oral and written communications skills in English.
- An analytical/critical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- You are a dynamic team player looking to grow in an evolving, international environment.
- You take initiative.
- You are capable of extracting information from key persons and is not afraid to go in depth.
- You are detail oriented, accurate, and well structured.
- You are willing to and capable of continuously learning.

Good to have

- Experience with Test Automation tools like LeapWork (no code).
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Test Plans and Boards modules).
