Candidate is responsible for driving the insurance business for the assigned area. It includes sales of both life and non-life insurance products and the after sales services, in case of queries. To help the sales team and advisors on services / claim settlements etc. To maintain positive relationships with insurance companies. Also to help the sales team to bring new advisors.
● To develop the insurance business in the assigned areas by supporting the Sales Team.
● Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager.
● Training of the advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office.
● Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.
● Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
● Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
● Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing current advisors into the business.
