Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive (Commercial) with 2-3 years of experience in commercial tendering, bid management, and contract documentation. The ideal candidate will handle the financial, legal, and compliance aspects of tender submissions while ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Preparation & Submission: Manage commercial aspects of tendering, including cost estimation and bid pricing.
- BOQ & Costing Analysis: Work with procurement and finance teams to prepare cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- E-Tendering & Documentation: Handle online tender submissions on government and private portals.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain quotations, negotiate costs, and evaluate financial feasibility.
- Compliance & Risk Management:



Ensure tenders meet financial, tax, and contractual regulations.
- Follow-ups & Clarifications: Respond to post-bid queries, clarifications, and negotiations with clients.
- Records & MIS Reports: Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, and commercial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in commercial tendering, costing, or contract management

Knowledge of e-tendering portals, government bids, and procurement processes

Solid understanding of BOQ pricing, taxation (GST), and commercial contracts

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
