This resource needs to havethe following know-how. understanding of the Gem portal (http://gem.gov.in) - the resource musthave a positive experience and understanding of operating the GEM portal.He/She must have worked on gem portal for at least 2 years. Government tender - The resource must have worked in filling governmenttenders with required documents. He needs to have an understanding andexperience in creating different documents for clearing the eligibility for aparticular tender. Finding relevant tenders - The resource must have a know-how of differentgovernment agency tender portals to identify relevant tenders. Registration of Various Government agency portal - the Resource must haveknow-how of how to get vendor registration done on different governmentagency portal.
