Role Overview

The Tell Caller for the NRI Banking vertical will be responsible for engaging with NRI customers, generating qualified leads, supporting relationship teams, and ensuring seamless customer communication to enhance acquisition and service effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to NRI customers for lead generation and service follow-ups.

- Understand customer requirements and route qualified leads to the NRI Relationship Managers.

- Maintain call logs, follow-up trackers, and customer databases accurately.

- Support the NRI banking team in customer profiling and initial verification.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.

- Achieve daily and monthly call targets, ensuring productivity benchmarks are met.

- Coordinate with internal teams for customer follow-up and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, tele-sales, customer service, or banking support roles.

- Prior experience in NRI Banking or financial services preferred.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Ability to handle high-volume calling with professionalism and accuracy.

- Basic knowledge of banking products is an added advantage.
