We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, able to engage with potential customers over calls, and achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product features and advantages clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert into sales.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer handling (freshers can also apply).
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
