2. Receiving inbound calls from customers and providing information about the company's products and services.

3. Following up with customers who have expressed interest in the company's products or services.

4. Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities by gathering customer information and understanding their needs.

5. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's database.

6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that all leads are followed up and converted into sales.

7. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

8. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

9. Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the irrigation automation industry.

3. Knowledge of irrigation automation products and services.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Good organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

7. Good computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software.

8. Pleasant and qualified phone manner.

9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
