Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling : Contact potential and existing customers via cold calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments .

- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints.

- Sales & Persuasion: Explain product features, benefits, pricing, overcome objections, and persuade customers to purchase or take action.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, foster relationships, and follow up with clients for feedback or further action.

- Data Management: Accurately update customer databases,



record call details, and generate reports.

Essential Skills:
