- Engage with potential customers via outbound calls, focusing on leads generated through social media advertisements.

- Clearly explain SpaceZone India’s courses, workshops, and project opportunities, tailoring information to the needs and interests of each lead.

- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the Database.

- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and onboarding process for confirmed participants.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
