Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Tele Calling execuitive at BBS GLOBAL PVT. LTD. in Kolkata. The Tele Caller will be responsible for day-to-day Marketing related activities, communication via email and phone calls to overseas client and prospective clients.

Requirements

Qualifications

Tele calling experience in a call centre / BPO dealing in European and American clients is a must have qualification

Work Experience - 3 Years of work experience is a must have

Graduate in any stream

Strong command over English (spoken and written)

- Communication, Customer Service, and Sales skills

- Marketing skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Attention to detail skills

- Experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus.

Benefits

Salary Offered - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Months depending on the candidates Skill, experience and attitude
