Main Purpose of the Role

Development of new program in SMT Line, Middle End ( Selective Soldering )for strengthen the manufacturing process. Also for industrialization of new process i.e. technical specifications, Planning project technical activities, Reporting internal Technical Review, Support the Manufacturing Unit during the start up phase, Controlling and monitoring the technical problems, risks and identify appropriate corrective actions

Role and Responsibilities

Good Knowledge on solder paste Evaluation , SMT Reflow Profile , Microsectioning , EDX Study , IPC Crieria , Stencil Aperture Design , Printing Process

SMT Technology : DEK, Kohyoung , NXT, Omron AOI, Wave / Selective Soldering troubleshooting -Prefer FUJI

Technical support during project acquisition (develop concepts, evaluate project and product cost alternative)

Take part to the study/reviews of Process FMEA and check the follow up

Drawing /Schematic studies

Responsible for solving the issues with machine & software

Responsible for providing time estimates to complete asigned projects

Responsible for SMT and BackEnd machine development, configuration, Installattion.

Respnsible for Datalog (machine datalog / nip file) management of all the testing machines.

Responsible for new program configuration of the SMT and BackEnd machines.

Responsible for NXT Droppage , SPI Defect , AOI Defect , Soldering Defect , Screwing Rework monitoring and control

Responsible for validation & qualification of any new machine.





Responsible for Fool proof between all the machines to strengthen the process

Knowledge Visual Basic, My SQL &Labview;

Responsible for Machine back up, hard disk recovery / management & CPK,GR&R; of testing machines.

Additional

World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles & toolsSound Knowledge for Process Control

Support the Process Engineer during project review and customer technical project presentation.

Planning project technical activities based on project timing.

Shuold have valuable knowledge of definition of technical specifications

Early Equipment Management

Design FMEA of Machines

Supporting Maitenance Team for torublshoot on SMT Machines
