:

The Technician is responsible for supporting daily plant operations, equipment handling, process monitoring, and assisting in preventive maintenance and quality checks. The role requires working in shifts, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring uninterrupted production support.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machines/equipment during assigned shifts

- Support process operations by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Assist in routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs

- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment logs, and production data

- Ensure material loading/unloading, handling tools, and operational readiness

- Carry out basic quality checks, including sampling and reporting deviations

- Maintain safety, cleanliness,



and housekeeping standards on the shop floor

- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or abnormal conditions to supervisors

- Cooperate with engineers and shift in-charges to meet daily production targets

- Follow all safety protocols, PPE guidelines, and company policies

? Qualification:

- B.Sc / B.A / 12th pass with relevant technical or industrial experience

? Key Skills:

- Process understanding, discipline, teamwork, basic mechanical/electrical knowledge

- Willingness to work in shifts and industrial workplace
