Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronics Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic electronics, a goodunderstanding of the PCB assembly process, and proficiency in using variousinstruments such as multimeters and vernier calipers. This role involvesmanufacturing and assembling our advanced medical devices, ensuring they meetthe highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:● Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and devices.● Perform PCB assembly, including soldering and component placement.● Utilize instruments such as multimeters, vernier calipers,
and othermeasurement tools for testing and quality control.● Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.● Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues andimprove manufacturing processes.● Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.● Assist in maintaining inventory of electronic components and tools.● Use basic computer skills, including MS Office, to document work andcommunicate effectively.● Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workenvironment.
Qualifications:● Knowledge of basic electronics components and their functions.● Understanding of the PCB assembly process.● Proficiency in using instruments like multimeters, vernier calipers, and othermeasurement tools.● Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel.● Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Positive communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.● Prior experience in electronics assembly or a related field is preferred.● ITI/Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is aplus.
