Process: Technical Support/ Customer Service/ Night shift/ Voice
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates must have good communication in English.
- Candidates must have Experience in Technical Support (Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
- German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
- Should be flexible in working in Night Shift
- Candidates must be adaptable with rotational offs
- Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week.
