We are seeking a well-organized multi-tasker, with strong communication skills and computer literacy responsible for analyzing client needs and applying Everbridge software products to meet those needs. Reporting to the Manager Professional Services the Technical Support Engineer is expected to work on new customer deployments & new projects for existing customer in relation to the system setup tasks, configuration item and custom integrations to successful onboard these customers.

This role works closely will interface with Everbridge Professional Services Consultants, Sales Engineers, Operations and Product Development personnel. We are seeking an extremely energetic and motivated person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This position will be located in Bangalore Office.

Job Duties:

- Perform recent client set up and system provisioning tasks.
- Perform technical configuration, development, and integration tasks required for project completion, set up and configuration.
- Design, develop, deploy and support software solutions for custom integration projects leveraging RESTful API services.
- Follow established onboarding processes and deployment guidelines for new clients or new services to existing clients.
- Ensure proper and consistent communication of status of all project deliverables.
- Review and understand client use cases to understand the client’s business, successfully integrating client needs with product offerings and solutions.
- Occasional after hours and weekend availability to support both Everbridge personnel & customers during United States time zones.
- Recognize and identify potential areas where existing implementation policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed,



particularly to facilitate company growth and product expansion
- Document all emails and any other communication and enter the information into the Client Care CRM (Salesforce.com)

Required Qualifications:

- 4 - 5 years applicable work experience
- Demonstrated experience with Java frameworks.
- Knowledge of RESTful web services.
- Proficiency with both Windows and Linux.
- Experience working in a cloud-based deployment environment.
- Highly organized with good written and verbal communication skills; ability to properly structure and explain technical information to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and must be able to work independently or within a team.
- Ability to work in agile development environment.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suites, including: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Familiarity with set up of SaaS (web-based) applications and defining user requirements a definite plus.
- Basic project management knowledge and experience.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
